what’s the best way to format axis filter messages to spat.oper?
In this case the same line of osc given by the outlet generates an error message when sent in the input

You should use the following messages :
/source/1/axis/params or /source/1/omni/params
The leftmost outlet delivers “low-level” messages; next outlet contains the “high-level” messages.
On the input, spat5.oper expects “high-level” messages only, therefore the error message.
