VST automation naming convention

Hi!

Is it possible to make a shorter naming convention for parameters when automating in a DAW?

It makes it more difficult to read the names / choosing which parameter to automate because everything is written out to it’s full extent, and there is usually not that much real-estate in a DAW, so there happens weird contractions of words, which just makes it really slow to work with.

Examples:

Source 1 Position Azimuth; could just be S1 Azimuth or even S1 Azi.

Source 1 Orientation Yaw; S1 Yaw

Source 1 Running Reverberance; S1 Run.Rev or S1 runRev

It would speed up the work flow really a lot! :slight_smile:

Well, theoretically this forum is dedicated to Spat for Max/MSP.
However your questions/requests/feedback regarding the Flux:: plugins are of interest to our community, so it’s OK to post it here.
For bugs reports concerning the plugins, I would however recommend to address them directly to the Flux:: support desk.
