Similar to fclose with sfplay, would that be possible to implement a message for spat5.sfplay, to clear the object buffer and/or file path, after a file has been /open ?
…or maybe there’s already a message, but i didn’t find.

Are you sure you’re using the correct version of the external ?
Here’s the one I sent yesterday :

my mistake. I had a copy of spat5.sfplay in another folder, located in the library folder. I have zip it (to hide it) and now it works. I should have checked before posting.
