Spat5.knn documentation

Hello Thibaut and team,

I wondered whether there may be something missing from the documentation (Reference page in Max, Reference pdf) for spat5.knn. The methods used in the help patcher (build, query, point, neighbor etc) are not listed.

Specifically, I was trying to find out if there was a way to remove specified points from the tree, and renumber those that remain, without having to clear it and re-enter everything.

Thanks for pointing this out. We’ll improve the documentation for future releases.

At the moment, this is not possible. I’ll see if this can be added in future versions.
