My Spat.Spat for Live patch does not have plugin or plugout.
As such, I cannot configure it to work in Ableton Live.
Can you please either explain how to configure this patch in Live or send a Spat.Spat for Live patch that has plugin and plugout?

What do you mean : “My Spat.Spat for Live patch does not have plugin or plugout.” ?
As explained in this tutorial, you can just copy/paste this patch (including the plugin~ and plugout~) into an empty Max Audio Effect in Live…
What exactly is the issue ? Can you provide more infos ?

I use Max for Live’s browser to find Spat.Spat for Live. Then I drag it into the Max Audio patcher window. When it is loaded there, there are no inputs or outputs on the Spat patch to connect with the input and output of the patcher.

Problem solved. Unlike OMax, which requires the patch to be connected to Max for Live’s plugin and plugout, Spat is entirely self-contained. It’s working fine, thanks to your clarification that the Max for Live device has to be EMPTY.
