I have recorded some ambiences with the mike williams 5.0 umbrella, and want to encode with SPAT to binaural. Are there still add’ed reverb to the signal, even if I turn all 3 reverb engines off? It sounds a little bit like that to me, but I am not sure?

The reverb “on/off” button switches on or off the late reverb.
But the early and so-called cluster parts may remain.
To completely switch off the reverberation effect for one given source, you need to put its omni global gain to -60 dB.
