Routing MC channels to specific sources/sound objects

Hello!

I have been working on a project where I intend to take 24 signals output from spat5.granulator~ and assign each channel to its own corresponding source that moves through space influenced by spat5.boids.

I am able to get the 24 channel MC signal out of spat5.granulator~, and spat5.boids is effectively moving sources through space. However, the spatialization of sound does not appear to correlate with the location of the sources. The VU meters on the objects in spat5.viewer all read 0 no matter what as well.

Where does the output of spat5.boids go? It is only connected to the viewer with a scale object in between. Do I connect spat5.scale to spat5.oper, or spat5.spat~ (which is where the spat5.granulator~ signals are being sent)?
