Dear all,

A new version of panoramix is available in the download section.

Changelog:

  • fix bug when reloading preset with the ‘all’ group enabled
  • speed up preset loading time
  • added copy/paste option for EQ
  • added copy/paste option for Compressor
  • added new bus ‘thru’ (does not perform panning, but gives access to direct/early/late signals independently)
  • major cpu optimization on Linux
  • fix crashed when changing the window scale on Linux.

Please report any issue.

I can’t see how to specify the position of a particular speaker set-up in Panoramix. In my case it would be a simple eight channel cube. Is this possible?

Sure it’s possible.
Create one bus, say VBAP with 8 speakers.
At the bottom of the newly created bus, there is a “Speakers…” button where you can configure your layout. (the default happens to be a cube)
