This topic will allow you to follow the course of events during the maintenance operations that will occur on November 6th & 7th.
What is it about?
The IRCAM courses and technologies are sold by two different services. The maintenance operations aims to merge them into one service.
This will allow us to finally dismiss the former Forumnet website, that has slowly been replaced by IRCAM Forum during these last months but still had to be used to purchase products and subscriptions.
We also will be able to dismiss the old user accounts server that has been deprecated since several years and being replaced by IRCAM Auth, but was still mandatory to purchase products, subscriptions and training courses.
How long will it last?
In the best scenario, it should take the whole day of the 6th starting at 10am until 7pm (Paris, UTC+1).
In the worst scenario, we plan to need one more day (the 7th).
What will be affected?
During the operations, you won’t be able to:
- Access Forumnet
- Access the Forumnet shop
- Purchase products (including renewing a subscription)
- Download paid products (free ones are already available on the IRCAM Forum)
- Get activation codes (for urgent matter, contact us)
- Purchase training courses on the IRCAM website
