Partiels is an open-source software environment for the analysis, visualization, and editing of time-based audio descriptors, designed to support research, teaching, and creative practices. It provides tools to explore and annotate audio analysis results while facilitating interoperability with external environments. With version 2.4.0, Partiels extends its integration capabilities by supporting Pure Data and Max file formats, streamlining iterative workflows through direct overwriting of analysis results, and improving editing and export flexibility with enhanced selection, time-handling, and frame-precision options, enabling smoother integration into established audio research and creative toolchains.
