I have purchased the Flux Spat package. How can I get access to the maxpatch? the installation only has VST plugins?

The “Flux Spat package” and the “Spat for Max/MSP patchers/externals” are two completely different products.
(the first one is distributed/commercialized by Flux::, the second by Ircam Forum)
As far as I know, purchasing the Flux Spat package does not grant you access to the Spat for Max/MSP.
If that’s a real problem for you or if you placed your order “by mistake”, please let me know or contact the Forum support; we’ll do our best to find a solution to suit your needs.

@T. Yes, it seems we purchased the Flux Spat package by mistake. We were intending to use if for psychophysical research for which the FLUX plugins seem inadequate. How can I gain access to the Max/MSP version? Thanks for your quick reply.
