I am not sure if this is a bug but I think there is something wrong with the channel 1 of the spat5.reverb~ (and spat5.multiverb~).
Have a look at the attached patch.

There is nothing wrong here.
Channel #1 has the shortest delay, and therefore is less attenuated than the others.
There’s also signal coming out in the other outlets; it’s just weaker. (and you might not see it in the meter~)
