How about AVX 1.0 extension ?

As I want to use it for a quad, I don’t know if I will use Jack or physical outputs, what do you think about this ?

THX in advance,

Cheers~

Hi Jérôme,

Looks like your hardware has all the required features, no worries.
(this SIMD thing might only be an issue for “quite old” computers – older than 2010 approx)

Regarding Jack or physical outputs, it’s really up to you, and depends on your intended workflow.
Most often we use Jack for Panoramix inputs (where Panoramix typically receives signals from a DAW), and Panoramix outputs to the hardware devices for playback.

Cheers,
T.

T,

Many thanks for your fast reply, I will use Jack as I did with linux (for OM )

Why does the window have no scrolling ? I’ll need a big screen only for it !

Cheers~

  1. You can change the overall window scale
  2. There’s an horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the Panoramix window.
(nonetheless a large screen is preferred!)

T.

  1. yes : the scale knob !

  2. I have no scrollbar at the bottom of the Panoramix window. (see attached)
