voice: How to change time signature in editor?

I’m running through old tutorials, and I’m currently at number 26 “Editing rhythm with the Voice graphic editor”. Obviously interaction has changed since this was written, and I manage to figure out how most of it works. But for the best of me I am not able to change the time signature. How is that supposed to be done in the editor?

If you are on Mac :
choose your measure using the measure selection tool, then choose score inspector window, there you have it.
If you are on Linux like me now, the palette is missing unfortunately.
