→ Is there a way to get a variable value “over time”? At a regular time frame or for each other kind of marker.

No, there is no such analysis. However, you can use Beat Detection analysis, which produces markers from which you can deduce the BPM.

Just to clarify, for each marker, you can get the “running” BPM with 60 / (next-marker-time - current-marker-time).
