For some reason when I export from Chord-Seq to Voice my microtones go away. Haven’t seen this before. Screenshot is attached.

In your screenshot there are no microtones in the chord-seq. In fact both f quarter notes are in fact f sharps. The accidental is cropped by the display.
So it might be that the interpolationconnected to your chord-seq is approximating your notes to 1/2 tones.

You are right, Karim. The interpol-prof is approximating to the 1/2 tone. Found the solution in the reference and fixed it.
