All users can now upload local avatars (therefore overriding/bypassing Gravatar if any) from their Profile Page. An avatar is an image that represents you on your posts (can be for example a logo of your institution for organisation members).
Vous pouvez désormais télécharger un photo/avatar locale sur votre page Profile.
