can somebody help me understand what Im doing wrong trying to connect maquette with sheet object?
Maquette is in reference mode , but I get the following answer in listener, and there is no maquette in sheet object

I am afraid this will not work since omsheet is in alpha dev. state. So maybe you should try to find another way to do what you want to do.
What do you want to do with your maquette ?
