Trying to model a vibrating ruler moving back and forth on a support

Hello,

I would like to model a vibrating bar (like a ruler) pressed (for instance with a finger) on a support (like a table) and moving back and forth to modify its pitch.

I am thinking about this kind of sound.

I don’t see exactly which parts to include in the model. Obviously I need a bar to represent the ruler and some mono-two-mass or direct position access to make the bar vibrate (red arrow in the picture). I guess the point where the bar is pressed against the support (black arrow) could be simulated with an adhere connection. But I don’t see how to model the support, which I think doesn’t resonate much but prevents the bar to vibrate freely. Should I use another resonator, maybe connected to the bar with a series of parallel adhere connections?

Also, how to make the bar move back and forth on the support (blue arrow)?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
