There is data base error when opening Orchidea

Opening Orchidea, this message appears:

“Cannot open Orchidea database (db).
Cannot open Orchidea database (filefolder).
Please set database in settings.”

How is this done, please?

You are talking about the Orchidea standalone, right? If so, go to settings (cmd+,), and use the first field to place the analysis file, like “TinySol.spectrum.db” and the second field to place the folder with the samples, then “Load Database”.

I could not reproduce the same error message, but this is how you select a databse in Orchidea.
