Subscription issue + forum Zendesk contact form broken

Hello,

Posting here because the Zendesk contact form is broken and there’s no other way to get in touch with support. (When you hit “Send” nothing happens.)

I just renewed my subscription and received a payment confirmation. My card was charged as well. However I received no follow-up information on the subscription, and my account still says it’s expired.

Please let me know how this can be fixed, thank you!
