Issue in the title… I’ve installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2022 (not 2019) as suggested, hasn’t solved the problem.
Can MacOS and Windows share the Spat5 package folder? I saw that the ‘support’ folder needed for x64 wasn’t included in MacOS package.

The macOS and Windows packages are different :
On macOS, the externals have .mxo file extension. On Windows it’s .mxe64
Also, on Windows, the “support” folder is needed as it contains a bunch of required DLLs.
That being said, I doubt spat5 could work for your setup : the spat5 windows externals are (currently) compatible with Intel architecture only; so I presume it wont work via Parallels on a M2.
