I have a suggestion to smooth the process of auditioning the solutions in the Solutions page. Currently, at least on my system (Retina laptop, Mavericks), pressing the Play button results in a very choppy, broken playback quality. Too distorted to distinguish the quality of the solution this way.
I discovered that the only way to stay inside Orchids and continue to audition various solutions was to Set Current Solution As Target which renders the current solution to the target, which can be played and heard as a high quality mix. Great! But… This is a clumsy solution to this problem as it entails reloading the original sound file as target when one wants to adjust analysis parameters, filters, orchestration, etc. Exporting as audio file is a similarly clumsy option as it entails leaving the Orchids environment, looking for the exported file, listening, then returning to Orchids.
What seems to be needed is a high quality render of the solution to its own buffer~ that can be listened to and assessed independently. This would provide a huge increase in the iterative flow in working with Orchids.

Your turnarounds are a good way to alleviate this problem, but this is indeed not the desired flow of the interface !
