Well After playing a bit (no clicks). After starting the instrument again clicks are back in.
Is there any SkataRT version usable somewhere?

Hi Diemo,
It looks like the problem was in a completely different domain.
It is located in the the live input dial and relative envelope follower. I noticed that it was leaking form the incoming signal (the input is not at zero) and there was some jittering happening. This should be solved at inizialization time inside Ableton Live but not when the instrument is loaded into a Max patch.
