Does anybody knows if I can regulate the number of segments I get
after an addan analysis??. Because I get too many.

To reduce the number of markers, you can decide to follow less parameters during the segmentation phase (open the settings window>segmentation).
But the result will stay unpredictable…
The best way is to open your sound in AudioSculpt and use manual markers to make your own segmentation. The markers will be the center of the segments so we usually put them where there a change of something (energy, pitch, …). We need also a first marker which will be the beginning of the first segment and a last marker which will become the end of the last segment.
Save your markers (with Save Analysis as) in the “Marker” folder of the “ImportExport” folder of Diphone. Your new markers appears in the “Segmentation” folder, so select it AND UNCHECK this step of analysis otherwise AddAn will perform again its own segmentation.
