I wonder what would be the best way to implement a file exportation from UPISketch to SDIF format.
For a first step, I would like to save a list of gestures, characterised each by a list of pitches and amplitudes, with their time position.
I have seen the 1TRC type, would that fit?
The trouble for me is that each of these objects called gestures can be superimposed with another one.
Example: gesture A contains pitches and amplitudes marked at times between 1 second and 4 seconds.
- gesture B contains pitches and amplitudes marked at times between 2 seconds and 3 seconds.
How do we manage this, are we supposed to lay out a unique timeline, loosing the integrity of the individual objects, or can we consider several matrices with their own timeline?
