Rhythm Tree Question

In building a Rhythm Tree I construct the following sequence (seen in the attachment) in order to build a reservoir or rhythmic groups: ((1)(2 2)(3 3 3)(4 4 4 4)(5 5 5 5 5)(6 6 6 6 6 6)(7 7 7 7 7 7 7))

Why does the 5 group not construct a 5-tuplet like the others but instead gives me a 25-tuplet?

Hi

This is simple. Try using instead (5 5 5 5 5) => (1 1 1 1 1)
and for all your proportions. since … they are proportions. No need to put (3 3 3) (4 4 4 4) etc…
just use the the 1 integer. Now of course if you need to use un-equal pulses so you should use like for instance : (2 1 2) which is a tuplet of 5/4
