I just downloaded the player R-udp-player-14 which seems able to play microtonals sounds. Just a question : in which place do I have to place the R-udp-player-14 folder?

Sorry i cannot tell you since i use linux.
But if you want to use microtonality you can use the fluidsynth in om.
Here some info:
You can now also check in OM preferences the Auto Microtune checkbox which will automagically send the correct pitchwheel messages according t the EDo scale your editor is using.
