The website states that a subscription give you access to all forum software. It also says a subscription gives you four authorizations per year.
Does this basically translate to mean that you can download and register only up to four programs per year (per 240,00)?

Indeed, you can access all IRCAM products and have reduction for Partners Products and more y subscribing.

Meaning that you can install every software 4 times each., eg. on 4 different devices or update your system 4 times in a year…
