Problem with Wiki Access in Project Repository

Dear IRCAM,
I find your offer to handle the Repository of my Projects very fine.
So it would be generous to use the Wiki System of that.
The Problem is:
It would be genial when Everybody could read this Pages. And only authorized could edit it.
The last are working fine. But in because of this fine, the first are not working.

So my question:
Gives it a opportunity to make this Sites readable for everybody … aka Guests.

In hope to make the Wiki Viewable

The Problem seams to be that I as a Member has a Wiki for my own.
The Problem is to get it work for the whole Community of my Project and more even for Guest too.

Can anybody please show me the right way to handle this
