I have a different sort of question viz why has the price of ORCHIDS been steadily increasing over the past 2 months or so?
That is to say it’s gone from 75E to 100E to 120E in rather short order.
Does this reflect the addition of new features?
Someone’s discovery of the joys of Capitalism?
The price moves inversely to the cost of a barrel of oil?
Just curious . . .

The change does not concern Orchids alone but all individual software purchases on Forumnet. Note that our Premium Membership has not moved a penny. Becoming a Premium Member gives you access to everything on Forumnet (including Orchids, AudioSculpt and others).
Otherwise, the difference between 100 and 120E reflects where you are! If you are in EU, since about a year, the French Government forces us to apply a 20% VAT (which was not the case before meaning we were tax exempted). This is probably the only direct relation with barrels of oil… . 
If I live in Spain, can I pay without VAT?
I have a valid European Union VAT number. I usually buy products from a German music store and I dont pay VAT.
