Is there a way to know when OM patches become available?

Which patches are you thinking of? is it the corrective patches, or just example patches?
Anyhow concerning corrective patches, there will not be a new issue since a new version of OM (7.4) will soon be released.

I was thinking of fixes.
when a fix is issued I will post a notification on this discussion board and it will be found on the release page here: Releases · openmusic-project/openmusic · GitHub
For the moment there will be no morepatch fixes for version 7.3 since we are planning to release very soon version 7.4
