Hi Karim,
Thank you very much. Two questions:
Does the Ventura issue affects also the Silicon Mac or only the Intel one? (I have another M1 machine)
For the Intel machine I have been using OM 6.20 without problem. However, I haven’t used MIDI playback since many years. What should I do if I want to playback CHORD-SEQS in 6.20? I saw that SimpleSynth has been discontinued. I need something really simple (no microtones) just to check the pitches.
Thanks
Paulo
No it is really the OS not the processor. So you will have the same problem on the M1 IF you have an M1 it is advisable to upgrade it to the latest OS.
Use VMPK:

The vmpk is just a midi engine, you need to upload sound fonts. Is that correct? Thanks Paulo
It comes with a default sfz. And these are free all over internet.
And it is just what you need to play midi via om
