Dear OMax Users,

The “final” version of OMax 4.5.3 is now downloadable.
Very few noticeable changes have been made to the program, however the documentation now includes a new chapter about advanced usages of OMax. This chapter covers topics like: controlling OMax with messages, patching your own OMax etc.

Thanks. Is there any way to save a session or make a database of pre-analysed material?

Dear Mark,

Yes! There is a module for saving and loading OMax sessions. It is present in the main patch of OMax 4.5.3 on the left in the lower half. There are two squares, one for saving (“save” button) and one for dropping or loading a session (“load” button).

Ok, thanks - I think I was ignoring that because it says MIDI, and I couldn’t find it in the doc. I’ll try it now.
