Are you sure that:
- Are you sure you are using the latest spat-render (you can download it from the Git)
- Did you import the tutorials from the new library, or are you using old omspat tutorials ?
- are you sure your outfile path is correct ? (please do check this in the OM preferences)

Ok you need to put this file in the sources folder of the library, (replacing the old one) and restart.
Sorry, it was a Mac typo very weird incompatibility thanx to apple.
