You will find here a fix patch for minor issues in version 6.20:
- Concat fix
- omloop extra input delete/add fix
Put the patch_271121.lisp file in the init folder inside your OM application folder. (for Mac users, you are required to right-click on the OM.xxx.app icon and choose Show Contents)
