Multi-seq does not pass microtonal accidentals

Hi!

I am on OM7.6, Apple Macbook 2, Ventura 13.3

It seems that multi-seq does not pass microtonal accidentals. Namely, after I connect a list of chor-seqs to the second input of the multi-seq and then tried to extrapolate individual chord-seq from the second output of the same multi-seq, the outputed chord-seqs does not display microtonal accidentals. (48EDO is displayed in 12EDO approximation). Of course, I’ve checked the approximation of all the chord-seqs in a seqence, and tried to change the approximation of the outputed chord-seq, but in vain.

Does anybody has the same issue? Any idea on how to solve it?

Hoping for your answer and wishing all the best!

Dear Aliser,

Just make sure first that your MULTISEQ is set to 48EDO BEFORE evaluating it so it doesn’t approximate to the default 12EDO tuning.

Here tested on 7.6

Better you can upgrade OM. The latest stable version is 7.7 and you can find it here:

And if you feel adventurous, you can even test the beta version here:

…and pretty soon another beta on the way.

Best regards
K
