MuBu loading errors

Hello,
I’m starting with MuBu 1.8.4. It seems some elmts miss in the examples.

  1. Where can I find: [py queryae13] ? Or what’s inside?

  2. What’s the issue with [mubu.gmm] and [mubu.hhmm] and [mubu.xmm] ? / Max Console / unable to load object bundle executable Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libc++.1.dylib Reason: image not found
    What can I do with these?

  3. Also those patchers give errors:
    mubu-mosaicing.maxpat
    catart-mubu-live.maxpat
    catart-by-mubu.maxpat

Please help me getting started with MuBu, thx.

thanks for trying out Mubu!

It is a subpatch in catoracle-0.4.0/pyoracle-ae. You need to put the whole distribution dir into your global or project search path.

Your OS is too old. See the NIME 2014 article or the PhD Thesis by Jules Françoise to know what they do.

3) Also those patchers give errors: mubu-mosaicing.maxpat catart-mubu-live.maxpat catart-by-mubu.maxpat

Don’t be afraid of a few red lines! These are just there on startup as long as there’s no data loaded.

Hi Derrgis,

About (2) (What’s the issue with [mubu.gmm] and [mubu.hhmm] and [mubu.xmm]):
I made a mistake in the latest release that did not guarantee the compatibility with OS X 10.6.
I will fix this by the next release, so the objects should be work.

However, it is possible that 10.6 will not be fully supported in the future.

thank you for responding quickly.

[py] is not in MuBu distrib but anyone can download it there: http://grrrr.org/data/dev/ext/macos/max/
Indeed Yosemite is better with MuBu :wink:
