More on Rhythm Tree subdivision

Hello OM Hivemind,

Thank you for your very helpful responses to my previous question regarding Rhythm Trees.

To revisit the first issue (the subdivision of rhythms), I was hoping not to quantify the subdivisions but instead to express them as (sub) tuplets (that is, to actually modify the tree to include these changes), as I show in the simplified example to the right.

There’s also some ways to decide what to do with the tied notes (with their division into equal parts by milliseconds being the most interesting to me, at least).

Would this be possible to implement in OM? I understand it is a complicated question! I attach the patch with commentary:
