Modalys 3.9.0 for Windows doesn't install externals

Hello,

I’ve just tried to install Modalys 3.9.0 in Max 9.1.2 and I can’t see any “externals” subfolder in Modalys package. Indeed no external can be loaded by the patches.

Same issue here. Max 9.1.3, Windows 11.
