I would like to ask you if are any possibilities for how to decide between solutions, or how to select the solution, which could be loaded in the SCORE patch.
Could be possible to make this decision?

I would be so happy if it worked like this! But, in fact, MaxOrch creates the closest connection from solutions generated by the analysis, so there is only one connection per analysis.
What is possible is to increase the number of connections by using the “maxexport” parameter but in the score window, it will always be the closest connection that will be displayed, see orchidea.orchestrate object.
