It seems that the libraries preference menu is specific to each workspace.
For instance if I create a new workspace I will have to specify again the path to my personal libraries otherwise they will not appear in om…
Is it a bug or a choice ?
I whish it is a bug 
And also I often have a display error when choosing the path to my librairies (but not always). Even sometimes without doing anything (just selecting the libraries menu). I have attached a copy screen of it.
