Could this device be used in a live performance setting? How many samples and ms of latency are associated with this device? And at what buffer size? Thanks in advance!

Absolutely. This device can be used in real time. There is a delay compensation mechanism in Live that you can remove or not from the device. The latency of the device is about 12ms with a buffer size of 512 at 48KHz (Live preferences). You can also use the device directly in Max if you make extensive use of it in Live. Depending on your sound card, you can then decrease the I/O size to 256 or 128 to reduce latency. The algorithm is time-based so it won’t suffer too much from a small window size… I hope this helps!
