Yes, it is possible to use Jack on Mac: see http://www.jackosx.com
Once it is installed installed, open the JackPilot application to start the Jack application and see MIDI/audio connections.
For the moment, these features are not enabled in the Mac version of OM, because they are not stable, tested, etc. so you will not see OM in there but we’ll try to do something in the next updates
