Hi,
Thanks for offering some free plugins — I really appreciate it! I’ve been focusing on the free ones to test whether they work properly. Now i got some bulk ^^_
I tried installing a version before 2.2.0, but Bitwig couldn’t find the VST3 plugins because of a missing “lib.so3” file. Unfortunately, I didn’t save the exact error message.
I saw version 2.2.0 was released and tried installing it over the old one, but it didn’t overwrite the previous installation.
Then I used the 2.2.0 uninstaller to remove all existing plugins, but it didn’t seem to work.
After that, I manually deleted all the plugin files.
I reinstalled version 2.2.0, but still no VST3 plugins were installed (only the three files like /usr/bin/asap-psycho-filter).
About the installer — I’m not a fan of how it currently works.
Could you please make it show what’s being installed and where? Also, it would be great to know if the installation was actually successful.
I’d really appreciate a fix and improvement
