For composers, performers and artists, it includes three different programs in 2014 and 2015. One of which is already open (residence in musical and artistic research) and the other two will be on September 23 (Cursus and Academy ManiFeste-2014).

CURSUS PROGRAMM FOR COMPOSITION AND COMPUTER MUSIC
SEPTEMBER 2014 - APRIL 2015
This intensive 8-month training program is available to a dozen composers under the age of 35.
Participants learn the basics of computer music and acquire all the necessary techniques to use them alone.

The multidisciplinary academy ManiFeste offers 100 young artists a common space for work and experimentation. The academy is combined with IRCAM’s festival that reveals the work carried out during workshops and master classes.

MUSICAL AND ARTISTIC RESEARCH RESIDENCY
3-6 MONTHS DURING THE 2014-15 ACADEMIC YEAR
Via the music research residency program, the IRCAM seeks to reinforce the interaction between the scientific and musical community by appealing to the computer music community at large.
This program offers scholarships to professionals wishing to pursue their music research projects at Ircam in a stimulating collaborative environment.
The fifth édition of this residency programm opens to the other artistic forms : theater, dance, vidéo.
