How to tag 5/8?

Hello, everybody out there!

I am using Antescofo for a project I am making at Conservatoire de Cergy-Pontoise. I use with SuperVP to synchronize a bassoon player with an audio file. However, I have some interrogation on how I should indicate the tempo in the audio file to Antescofo. For 12/8 and 9/8, I guess I should indicate dotted quarter notes. But I also use some 5/8, and I am not sure what I should indicate. Eighth notes?

Can anyone give me some information?
