Heinrich Taube - Notes from the Metalevel

Hello! I’m currently delving into the Patterns Library and was hoping to access a copy of Heinrich Taube’s Notes from the Metalevel, which was previously linked on the library’s GitHub page (this book extensively uses the library). Unfortunately, the link is no longer active.

Does anyone here happen to have a copy they could share? I’ve searched online but haven’t been able to locate it. Thanks in advance!
