Fluidsynth not autoloading (linux mint 22)

Hi,

after om starts Fluidsynth doesn’t autoload despite it says loaded

manually it works but is there a way to achieve autoload? (tested with om 7.5 tar version)

Dear RC,

You should better NOT to use autoload. I am aware of the problem. Here you are using it with Jack. It is jack that is preventing it to autoload.
And the problem with autoload, it sometimes output a DAC slip causing a great Glitch sound.
I might remove this feature for this reason.

so how can i autoload fluidsynth?

(i use om 7.4 with mint 21.2 in another machine and it works perfectly)

It is somehow related to the new sound linux system pipewire.
So it is somehow complicated to do so. But i recommend NOT to autoload since it may damage your ears if there is a DAC slip. Serious about that.
