Just opened up OM and the Fluidsynth is there! Amazing. Thank you, @haddad . There is no world in which I would have been able to figure this out myself.
Iām still not getting sound but that seems to be a major piece of the puzzle.
You need to load the synth in the fluidsynth preferences in OM.
And furthermore, there is a bug. If you notice, the sf file is pointed to one in my machineā¦
So you just need to have an available .sf2 file somewhere in your userās home, you can download the one here:
Put it someplace, then load the synth.

Yup. I did that.
I added some extra info in my last post. I think it is the sf2 pointing to an non existent one sorry
